68% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. Clean and mineral aromas of lemon and stone fruit with undertones of red berries; weighty ripeness on the palate with veins of salinity and a clean finish. This spends a full 36 months on lees and the dosage is a refreshingly low 5g/l; this makes for a finished wine which is full of rich complexity but elegantly dry. A true contender for any Champagne of this level.
