Very pure nose with fresh lime flesh and a nice bit of green apple. Very mineral and saline, with a mouthwatering style on the palate. It begs you to have another mouthful, it’s just so satisfying and moreish.

Marc Colin

Marc Colin has rapidly gained a reputation as one of the best white wine specialists in the Côte d'Or. Based in the village of Saint-Aubin; a sheltered extension of the Côte de Beaune he has gone a long way to putting the region on the fine wine map. Formerly a region for big producers and negociants to source grapes for cheaper white Burgundy, Marc Colin has been the region's flagship estate for the last few years and his wines are phenomenal.
