The Redde family have been making wine in the area since 1630 and really know their way around these vineyards. A blend of different vineyard sites with Chablis-esque Kimmeridgean and Portlandian soils as well as Sancerre-like flint, it is perfectly balanced, vibrant and youthful with zippy acidity and citrus and grassy flavours. There is some great mid-palate weight alongside the freshness which is a testament to the stunning 2014 vintage. This is one of the best value Pouilly Fumes we have come across.

Michel Redde

A solid Pouilly-Fume producer who produces some excellent value wine in an appellation which is constantly on the ascent in price and prestige. His Blanc Fumé (named in a fairly American fashion) is a steal in value and one of the classics of this excellent Loire appellation.
