Vinous (95)The 2017 Barolo Bricco Pernice is superb. Silky and soft, with gorgeous textural finesse, the 2017 is all class right out of the gate. Hints of rose petal, orange zest, cinnamon and star anise meld into sweet red cherry and raspberry fruit. The 2017 can be enjoyed now or cellared. It's a gorgeous, gorgeous wine in every way. |

Vinous (91)The 2017 Barolo Cascina Nuova is an attractive wine to drink now and over the next decade or so. Bright red-toned fruit, crushed rose petal and mint open in the glass. The tannins are a bit grainy, but I would not push my luck too far on aging. |

Vinous (92)The 2017 Barolo Ravera is a beautiful, precise wine. Bright acids and veins of tannin give the 2017 terrific energy that carries all the way through to the finish. Crushed flowers, sweet red berry fruit, chalk, white pepper and spice all open with a bit of coaxing. This is very nicely done. |
