Prieuré Roch
About Prieuré Roch
The nephew of Lalou Bize-Leroy, Henry Frédéric Roch had a wealth of experience behind him - having been co-director of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti for many years. Domaine Prieuré Roch was Henry Frédéric’s personal project, started in 1988 through the acquisition of some vineyards in Vosne-Romanée which were owned by Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. The domaine later acquired further vineyards, including sites in the legendary Clos de Bèze and Clos de Vougeot - growing to a large number of sites across the region. Today Domaine Prieuré Roch’s simple but distinctively modern label design sets the estate apart and has contributed to its cult-like following across the world.
Henry Frédéric Roch sadly passed away in 2018, but his wines will continue to be adored by fine Burgundy collectors.
