The Tolpuddle pinot noir is a perfect example of the premium pinot noir that is being produced on the southern end of Tasmania. Unlike many comparable wines in Burgundy, this pinot is delicious to drink now, with great purity, complexity and intensity of flavour with its ruby red fruit, hints of spice and light fine tannins.
