It has now been five years since they took over and stopped all irrigation, and the balance in this wine suggests that the vines are beginning to respond and find their balance. Held back in bottle for 18 months before release. Tasted straight from bottle and with a carafe - I strongly suggest giving it plenty of air if planning to drink soon. You really start to see the project come into focus, and this is a successful vintage at Pym Rae even in a challenging year, so they should be very happy with what they have achieved. It has now been five years since they took over and stopped all irrigation, and the balance in this wine suggests that the vines are beginning to respond and find their balance.
