    Bodegas Noemía

    About Bodegas Noemía

The epic collaboration between Noemi Marone Cinzano and Hans Vinding-Diers, Noemía is located in Argentina’s Río Negro, an area of Patagonia which is itself establishing world-wide renown almost as swiftly as this estate. Neither owner, whilst being irreducibly linked to the vinous world, have roots in this part of the world, with Hans being the cousin of legendary Peter Sisseck (Pingus) and Noemi formerly the owner of Arigano in Italy’s rolling hills of Montalcino.

Having visited the region extensively over the course of a number of years, the lure of this breath-taking landscape and the potential of its terroir became irresistible for the pair, and Bodega Noemía was born. The flagship cuvée, on offer today, was the wine around which all others were erected, with the partners having secured a plot of very old vines planted in 1932. From these ancient plants, Noemía Malbec is crafted, representing the pinnacle not only of this producer’s range but Argentina’s iconic national varietal.
