It is completely destemmed. It has a refined bouquet, very well defined, natural and poised with slightly earthy red berry fruit that grow in stature in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, a touch of graphite infusing the red cherry fruit. It has a lifted blackberry and blueberry nose with fine delineation, the palate quite bold and concentrated, as well as voluminous in the mouth; although I would like more finesse and detail to be expressed on the finish.
