The 2020 Fleur de Pédesclaux has a more open-knit bouquet than I anticipated with vanillary red fruit and crushed strawberry scents. The palate is medium-bodied with a pleasant sappiness on the entry, fine acidity, cohesive with quite an elegant, pure finish.
