The 2019 Nuits Saint-Georges Les Herbues was the first vineyard Faure bought, in 2011, populated by vines planted mainly in 1964. This has a very well-defined bouquet of raspberry, cranberry and tea leaf aromas, more loamy notes emerging with time. The palate is wonderful and delivers crisp tannins.
