The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, again quite stemmy and brittle. There is plenty of freshness here but if you don't like whole cluster Burgundy, avoid. The palate is medium-bodied with slightly chewy tannin and then it seems to run out of ideas towards the finish and finishes a little uninspired. Hmm ... this is a Chambertin outclassed by some of Rossignol-Trapet's less revered crus at the moment.
