A touch of wild fennel emerges with time, but everything is perfectly controlled. The palate is finely proportioned, perfectly balanced and very pure, with gentle grip. True to style, it also incorporates approximately 10% of already-bottled Champagnes that have been disgorged and reintegrated into tank.
