Jasper Morris Inside Burgundy (91-94)Destemmed after the drought so as not to stress further. Assembled in tank. Fine mid purple. Another really attractive perfumed nose, they do seem to have hit the picking dates just right at J-J Confuron this year. Much more red than black fruit, extremely juicy, enough generosity here, some tannins to finish, but the fruit is the clear winner. Tasted: December 2021 |
