Bodegas Valdaya
Bodegas Valdaya has risen into prominence with just seven years of wine-making history. Established in 2013, the estate is tended by the young and envisioned duo, Marta Ramos and Miguel Fisac. Their approach to enhance the subtleness of terroir, avoid full phenolic ripeness, and shorter, non-interventionist ageing has produced "delicate and expressive" Riberas, in which setting apart from the conventional big and robust impression.
