Domäne Wachau is described by Jancis Robinson MW as "one of the best co-ops in the world". Representing one third of the production of the entire area, the vineyards of Domäne Wachau are located in the breathtakingly beautiful UNESCO World Heritage site. Domäne Wachau is actually a co-operative that is headed by the legendary figure of Ronan Horvath MW. The vineyards of Domäne Wachau climb a steep dry-stone terrace of the riverbank of Danube River.
