Wine Advocate (95)The new NV Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Les Terres Fines is based on the 2022 vintage and was disgorged in January 2025 with a dosage of 1.5 grams per liter. A blend from Cuis and Grauves, aged in 228-liter barrels (around 25% new) and complemented by 30% wine from a perpetual reserve dating back to 1986, it soars from the glass with a bouquet of dried white flowers, lemon oil, peach, toasted bread and smoke. Full-bodied and concentrated, layered and slightly more incisive than Roc Solare of the same base, it is underpinned by racy acidity and an ample, structuring chalky extract. Adrien recalls 2022 as an easy vintage—hot and dry, without disease pressure—offering a marked stylistic contrast to the chiseled wines produced in 2021. |

Jancis Robinson (17)NHB. Creamy and different. Then really tight and introverted on the finish. These Didier Dageuneau wines taste as though the yields were pretty low and the grapes were very concentrated. Cool and without obvious richness. Some real grip and obvious ageing potential. |

Vinous (92)The 2020 Blanc Etc. is a luminous wine, almost like a bright light shining in your eyes. Ansomewhat forceful, austere expression with fruit grown predominantly on flint soils making up two-thirds of the blend gives a sense of firm line and spicy character. There are no pyrazines here; it's all citrus, nectarine and lovely nutty oak (20-25% new). |

Jancis Robinson (17)100% Petit Manseng. Made by a friend of Didier’s. Deep straw with green notes. Rich yet tangy and very lively and toasty. Some curry powder notes. Racy and vibrant. Fairly light on the end. There is more competition for wines that taste like this than there are other Pouillys with Dagueneau intensity. |

Vinous (92)Just 400 bottles of Pouilly Fumé Asteroide were made in 2019 from the same vineyard as Pur Sang, but the winemaking is different: half of the wine goes in a glass wine globe (a bit like a bonbonne), the other half in a barrel. This is a more varietal expression of the grape and the vineyard with nettle tea, dill and boxwood. Winemaker Jean-Philippe Agisson suggests this varietal character might be down to the influence of the wine globe. There's a firm, tangy finish and a touch of savory, nuttiness on the length. The Pur Sang is a more complete wine than the Asteroide despite the latter having the rarity X factor due to being ungrafted. Certainly doesn't represent good value! |
