The domaines small parcels enjoy a small microclimate, which drinkers of the fantastic Pouilly-Fuisses can be grateful for: these are complex wines and great value when compared to their counterparts in quality.

The palate is extremely well-balanced and complex: citrus peel and orange rind at first and then subtle mandarin and spice notes flowing through later. This is quite a mercurial Pouilly-Fuissé, coquettishly showing a different side of its face each time you come back. Superb. |
