Huet
It's not often a domaine entirely equates with a grape but that is the case with Chenin Blanc and Domaine Huet. The Domaine comprises of three iconic vineyards. Le Haut Lieu is generous and the earliest drinking; Le Mont is intensely mineral with great length and finesse; and the Clos du Bourg sits between the two styles. These three vineyards account for Huet being the greatest of all Vouvray producers. Each vineyard produces different styles from dry to sweet: sec, demi-sec, moelleux and moelleux 1er trie ("first selection").

Underlying veins of salinity frame the orange jam, passion fruit, apricot and chamomile flavor so well. Even with all of its obvious richness, Clos du Bourg retains its cut and energy. Wow!Inc.
