Pedesclaux
Two centuries after its birth, Pédesclaux, has been experiencing an unprecedented revival with a complete overhaul and expansion of the vineyard as well as construction of a brand new gravity-fed winery and cellars designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte. This 1855 Grand Cru Classé is located in one of the most desired parts of Pauillac, but for years it lived below the potential of its highly coveted terroir. In 2009 the estate was purchased by Jacky Lorenzetti who made drastic improvements, bringing this estate up to the world class calibre of its illustrious neighbours. By purchasing 12 hectares alongside Lafite and Mouton, the estate immediately gained top-flight pedigree.
