I’m a big fan of this estate’s wines, which offer a Bordeaux touch to their Tuscan power and flesh (the proprietor also owns Chateau Giscours and du Tertre in Margaux). That said, I really wish Caiarossa also bottled a pure cabernet franc wine, as out of barrel this juice has always struck me as by far the best in their cellar. |
